Abstract

We all think that traditional stories are within the reach of all children who wish to read. Children with hearing deficiency do not seem to
have any difficulty initially, facing this task as may be the case regarding children with sight deficiency. Based on this false myth, our article arises
in which we put forward the difficulties a child with hearing deficiency lacking linguistic knowledge faces, together with psychological processes that help in these tasks y the way to adapt literary texts.
