Abstract

One of the best ways to learn is by playing and play that is carried out in an aesthetic environment, may turn into a privileged place of perception and experience. In this text we present the subject “Aesthetic environmentand recreational context in Infant Education” which the University of Jaén has introduced in the new Teacher Training degree course, previously a Diploma course. We propose that students design and create spaces for experimenting and relating through adapting works of modern art. Its interest for teacher training and for quality education is justified. The theoretical bases are set out (relational aesthetic, experience and everyday aesthetic experience), references (especially the experience of Reggio Emilia and the work of Enter-Arte at the hand of Javier Abad) on which it is based and the structure proposed for its development.
