Abstract

Guillermo Rovirosa is responsible for an experience in education carried out by poor militants organized in a working mission during the years 1946 to 1964. He set up a training scheme, based on the survey method (see, judge and act) in collaboration with workers and priests who made it possible at that time to set up a school of militant training. The survey method is a structure with solid epistemological bases which takes into account the dialectical processes of thought and knowledge. It consists of three phases in a logic founded on phenomenology: an approach to a subject of analysis from reality, a critical judgment on the same and planned intervention for the transformation of the action analyzed: and each one of these phases contemplates the three dimensions of man: personal, environmental and institutional.
