Abstract

This article reflects on the question of internacionalization in the training of educators and the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in this process. The author begins with an analysis of some texts about the theme of e-learning and blended learning and afterwards presents and makes a critical analysis of the results of the programmes European Spring Academy 2008 and European Autumn Seminars 2008, organized within the framework of the programme Building civil society and fighting social exclusion and coordinated by the Catholic University John Paul II Lublin. In the programme representatives from 10 European countries participated (among them one from Cardenal Spínola University College).
