Lavranos, N., Castagna, S. (Eds.), International Arbitration and Eu Law, 2ª Ed., Edward Elgar Publishing, 2024
Abstract
The second edition of the book International Arbitration and EU Law, edited by Nikos Lavranos and Stefano Castagna, is published less than four years after the release of its first edition. This is due to the ongoing developments in the complex interaction between European Union law (“EU law”) and commercial and investment arbitration. Moreover, other cross-cutting areas have influenced arbitration practice in recent years, such as human rights, environmental protection, and tax issues. These aspects now have an intrinsic relationship with foreign investment protection law and international arbitration.
