Abstract

In an effort to improve quality and given that university students encounter lots of difficulties throughout their training, the object of our article is to reflect on the need for Orientation and Action Guidance in the University and the introduction of a Guidance Service within the European Higher Education framework. We explain the work carried out by the Guidance Service at "Cardenal Spínola" University College.
