Resumen

Las nuevas tecnologías han permitido el desarrollo de la industria, transformándola así desde la 1.0 hasta la actual, denominada industria 4.0, que avizora un rápido crecimiento por la penetración de la inteligencia artificial y sus diversas tecnologías que prometen sorprendernos a todos e invadir el mercado y transformar el mundo. Muchas de estas tecnologías, van de la mano de la automatización inteligente que proyecta una transformación a gran escala. Frente a esta metamorfosis, en el presente artículo se profundiza sobre la automatización inteligente y de manera especial en la gestión de la comunicación de las organizaciones, repasando la bibliografía existente y profundizando sobre ella. Como conclusión se propone un estado de la cuestión mucho más clarificado y un aporte a la escasa bibliografía referente a la temática de estudio que pueden servir de conector entre las citadas teorías y una proyección de la automatización en el campo de la comunicación.

    Doctoranda de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela - España, Máster Investigación en Comunicación en la Universidad de Navarra - España. Licenciada en Comunicación Social de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja-Ecuador. Actualmente es profesora de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, del Departamento de Ciencias de la Comunicación donde imparte varias cátedras. Es parte del grupo de investigación Comunicación Estratégica. Sus principales campos de interés son la comunicación estratégica, automatización de los procesos de comunicación, comunicación digital.

  • Tiziano Bonini, Universidad de Siena

    Doctor en Medios de Comunicación, Comunicación y Esfera Pública en 2008, Universidad de Siena. Es investigador en Sociología de los Procesos Culturales y de Comunicación en el Departamento de Ciencias Sociales, Políticas y Cognitivas de la Universidad de Siena. Se ocupa de la radio, los medios sociales, la cultura digital, los medios públicos y los estudios de audiencia. Ha publicado artículos para revistas internacionales de estudios de medios (Media, Culture & Society; European Journal of Communication; The Radio Journal; Communication & Society). Ha publicado libros sobre radio (incluyendo Radio Audiences and Participation in the Age of Network Society, Routledge, 2015) y sobre medios de comunicación y globalización (Così lontano, così vicino. Tácticas mediáticas para vivir en el espacio, Ombre Corte, 2010).
