Member of the Council of Universities. Member representing the social sciences on the boards of ANECA, ACAP, ACADEMIA, ANEP, CENAI, AQU, ACSUG, ACSUCYL, and ICMEDIANET. Doctor of Law. Bachelor’s degree and doctoral studies in Philosophy and Letters. Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences. Has supervised 25 doctoral dissertations.
