El desarrollo de la ciberdemocracia en el Congreso de los Diputados: La comunicación e interacción entre ciudadanos y parlamentarios a través de Internet
Abstract
Esta tesis analiza si la introducción de las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, y concretamente de Internet, en el sistema democrático español está modificando los flujos de comunicación entre los ciudadanos de a pie y los representantes políticos. Para ello, tras una contextualización teórica para definir qué es la ciberdemocracia y cuáles son sus características principales, la tesis recoge cinco estudios de caso elaborados a partir de experiencias de participación ciudadana que tuvieron lugar en el Congreso de los Diputados en la VIII Legislatura (20004-2008) a través de la Red.
