Executive training in Mexico in terms of corporate reputation: vision and analysis related to academic offer in MBA and professional demand.
Abstract
Company owners and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) have a key role when it comes to reputation management. To succeed in that assignment, they must be prepared and acquire the competencies needed to face that kind of responsibility. This research seeks to review the state of executive training in Mexico in terms of corporate reputation. In order to do so the research uses different tools that will allow us to know the reputation-related subjects offered by the MBA courses subject to study. Likewise, the opinions of the academic managers of these courses and professionals dedicated to reputation consulting, will be analyzed. Finally, a study will be carried out among owners, CEOs and C-Suite members, to find out their point of view regarding the importance of reputation in modern organizations, as well as the need for them, as company managers, to be able to manage it properly.
