La pena de muerte en el cine español
Abstract
La tesis aborda el estudio de la pena de muerte en el cine español. La investigación se ha llevado a cabo teniendo en cuenta los aspectos estéticos, jurídicos, criminológicos y sociológicos presentes en las películas que conforman el corpus de estudio de la investigación. Se ha querido conocer el tratamiento que el cine español da al tema de la pena capital, incidiendo en el análisis de los siguientes elementos presentes en las cintas estudiadas: la figura del condenado, la figura del verdugo, el proceso judicial, la ejecución, la sociedad de la época, los recursos narrativos y la puesta en escena.
