Abstract

En Vínculos familiares y educación en el cine y la televisión, una serie de analistas e investigadores (coordinados por los profesores de la Universidad CEU San Pablo, Juan Orellana y Javier Figuero) analizan algunas obras clave del cine y la televisión recientes, para establecer las relaciones entre educación y familia.

Author Biography

Federico Alba Figuero, San Pablo CEU University

He was born in Badajoz in 1976. He holds a Ph.D. in Audiovisual Communication, a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, and a Diploma in Film Directing from ECAM. He has worked as a screenwriter and director, winning several awards, as well as in other roles within the audiovisual industry, including a collaboration with the Spanish Film Academy and TVE on the 2006 Goya Awards ceremony.
He currently teaches Screenwriting, History of Audiovisual Media, and Film and TV Criticism at CEU San Pablo University. He has published the book “Steven Spielberg’s Fantasy Cinema: Absent Fathers, Lost Children,” and has contributed to other works.
