Cuadernos Americanos y la hemerografía del exilio
Abstract
La presente tesis doctoral se centra en el periodo de 1942-49 en Cuadernos Americanos, años en los que Juan Larrea fue su secretario y alma máter. Una de las hipótesis de trabajo fue la pertenencia o no de la revista (durante estos años) a la categoría de prensa del exilio de la Guerra Civil. Con dicho fin se catalogaron varios centenares de publicaciones confeccionadas en la diáspora, para lograr conocer sus características, tipología y evolución. Tras haber examinado cómo emerge en México D.F., sus conexiones con España Peregrina, la decisiva participación de Juan Larrea, sus contenidos, ilustraciones y publicidad así como quiénes fueron sus colaboradores, llegamos a la conclusión de que Cuadernos Americanos se encuadra dentro de las revistas del exilio.
