Abstract

The political praxis, legitimized by popular support, can lead situations of absence of freedom. Especially when there is not a balanced development of all the social dimensions: religion, ethics and culture. Within a social context, which tends to make a political issue from all the public sphere, it is necessary to think about the role of the institutional communication of the Church as a way to express its identity, and about the work of the professionals of communication as possibility of cooperation in building public opinion according to human being.
