About the Journal

EA, Escuela Abierta is an educational research journal open to dialogue, from Andalusia to the national and international educational community. In its various sections, it proposes research, educational experience, exchange of knowledge and the memory of women and men who made their educational profession a paradigm of humanity. It aims to be a school open to all, without walls and without borders. It is aimed at all teachers or researchers, from any educational field and many social agents working in the promotion and human development through culture and education.

EA, Escuela Abierta follows a peer review system to evaluate articles based on double blind peer review. It has a Scientific Council made up, for the most part, by external reviewers from the journal's publishing entity. Its articles are freely accessible without restrictions, thus favoring the maximum online availability of scientific literature, as indicated by the Open Access Movement to which the journal is attached.
